We have clients reporting partial outages around performing orchestrations (both ingesting and transforming) which surface in varying error messages (e.g. "import failed with invalid import", "import failed with file upload failed with: Bad Request" and others).
We can confirm elevated error messages in our backend logs. We have identified the root cause to stem from an upstream infrastructure provider. The issue is only affecting clients that are using our legacy Y42 V2 platform.
Our DevOps team is currently actively investigating this issue to mitigate / solve it.
