Over the course of Saturday, September 12th, we will conduct a series of planned maintenance procedures to improve product stability across our data orchestration platform.
We'll roll-out the maintenance tasks gradually to all our client's instances during Saturday. Clients can experience short periods of individual downtimes of their respective instance (max. 1 hour) where components like log-in or orchestrations/pipelines are affected.
After maintenance is completed, all components will continue to function as usual and potentially interrupted pipelines will resume automatically. In rare circumstances it is possible, that the auto-resume of interrupted pipelines fails. In these cases, a simple re-start of the affected pipeline will help to resolve any interruption.
